Country’s forest density has been increased due to the program of last four years – President

The forest density of the country has decreased during almost every single government in past.

However, the President says that the country forest density has increased to a certain extent due to the program implemented during the last four years to protect the environment and increase the forest resources.President Maithripala Sirisena made this observation addressing the inauguration of the ‘Wana Ropa& National Tree Planting Program at the Habarana, Galoya Reserve yesterday (12th) morning.
