Special island wide security for festive season

The Defence Ministry has announced ‘special island wide security measures& to ensure that the Christmas and New Year festive season is seen through with the public fully reassured of safety at all times and in all situations countrywide.

The MoD announcement said that &the Tri Forces and Police have taken measures to beef up security under a special plan in view of the festive season&.
