Gas, Diesel Rates Unchanged For A Week

Fuel Diesel Costs: Fuel rates in all 4 metro cities have remain unchanged for a weekPetrol and diesel rates were kept the same throughout the 4 city cities for the seventh consecutive day today, by Indian Oil Corporation - the country's biggest state-run oil refiner.

Petrol rates were last treked a week back, on Saturday, February 27, by 24 paise per litre in the national capital, to touch an all-time high of Rs 91.17.

Ever since, fuel rates have stayed unchanged throughout all four city cities.

Any modifications in fuel rates are carried out with effect from 6 am each day.

Also, the domestic gas and diesel rates vary across states due to the value-added tax (BARREL).

Fuel prices throughout the country have seen a hike considering that January 2021 due to a rally in worldwide crude oil rates.

The other day, Brent crude futures, the worldwide oil criteria, acquired 2.59 percent to $ 68.47 per barrel.

Meanwhile, the rupee decreased 19 paise to 73.02 against the dollar.
