UML overthrown from power through conspiracy, says Oli

GAIGHAT, MARCH 25CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli today said that his party was overthrown from the government due to political conspiracy.Oli alleged that his government was forced to step down due to Supreme Court's verdict.

"We are out of the government for sometimes. People will put us back in the power in the next polls," Oli claimed.

He flayed the SC for its verdict to unseat his government.Speaking at his party's gathering at Gaighat, Oli said that party defectors would wake up to their real position after the May 13's locals polls.

Pointing to the CPN-Unified Socialist and its leaders, Oli said that Madhav Nepal and his side's defection had not weakened but strengthened the party.Oli claimed that development and construction works had been expedited during his premiership.

He claimed that country had adequate fund for development during his tenure but the nation was facing acute shortage of budget at the present.
