DHANKUTA, APRIL 11Keeping in view the local polls slated for May 13, District Administration Office, Dhankuta, has declared 15 voting centres highly sensitive in the district.

According to Dhankuta DAO, of the 118 voting centres of the seven local levels, 15 centres have been designated as highly sensitive, 49 sensitive and 54 normal from the security point of view.
Assistant CDO Ram Narayan Shrestha said that with the election fever rising, security challenge had escalated too.
Voting centres have been categorised on the basis of geographical difficulty, road network, breakout of altercations and settlement of various ethnic communities.
