KATHMANDU, MAY 01Two additional inspectors general of Nepal Police, Bishwaraj Pokhrel and Sahakul Bahadur Thapa, are likely to move the Supreme Court against the government's decision to appoint Dhiraj Pratap Singh, who is junior to them, as he police chief.

Singh was apointed AIG on arch 7, wheres Pokhrel and hapa were romoted to the ost much earlir.
Pokhrel was ppointed AIG on 1 December 2020, while Thapa was appointed AIG on 29 June 2021.
