The big scale of the disaster requires longterm, collective efforts to assist the afflicted communities make it through these difficult times.
He included, We call on all federal governments and political forces to put aside their distinctions, combine efforts to offer urgently needed support to the impacted communities that are presently without shelter in harsh conditions, while many of their liked ones are either still buried under the collapsed buildings or injured without access to sufficient medical centers.
Additionally, the countless collapsed buildings in need of quick reconstruction to allow the displaced neighborhoods go back to their regular life as soon as possible.
The President concluded, While Iraq reveals its uniformity with the affected communities, and continue to offer all possible kinds of support, the government will position all its capabilities at the service of any international coordination and joint global action to help those in requirement.
