NEW DELHI: Auto component maker Motherson Sumi on Tuesday reported a 59 per cent YoY growth in net profit at Rs 443.07 crore for the June quarter.
The company had logged Rs 277.99 crore profit for the same quarter last fiscal.
Total revenue from operations stood at Rs 14,775.46 crore in April-June against Rs 13,305.41 crore in the year-ago period.
Total income under review rose 10.9 per cent YoY to Rs 14,820.14 crore.
Diluted EPS (earnings per share) for the quarter came in at Rs 2.10 against Rs 1.32 on a YoY basis and 2.46 in the previous quarter.
Gross sales within India stood at Rs 1,869.73 crore against Rs 1,824.97 crore in the year-ago period.
Gross sales outside India came in at Rs 12,693.25 crore against Rs 11,369.83 crore in the year before.
At 01:40 pm, the stock was trading 0.38 per cent lower at Rs 313.20 apiece on BSE.
