Authors: Super UserPANCHTHAR, June 17: A case of serious human rights violation has been lodged against former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba at the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC).It is stated in the complaint that the former Prime Minister had mobilized Royal Nepal Army force to take lives of rebel CPN (Maoist) cadres at Ansrang-1 of Panchthar even after the truce for peace talks.There is also an arrangement in international law that the disarmed rebellions should not be subject to killing, the complaint stated, adding the case has blatantly violated the human rights.The complaint was lodged jointly by six martyrs' families.
