After a hike in the repo rate to 6.5 per cent in the latest RBI policy, home loan interest rates are likely to rise, say experts.
SBI, which disbursed Rs 3,13,106 crore worth home loans in fiscal year 2017-18, may also raise its home loan interest rates.
