addressed the launching ceremony of ‘Ehsas&, poverty alleviation program where he said that under this, the government would be amending
the Article 38(D) of the Constitution to supply food, shelter, education and health facilities to Pakistani citizens.PM Khan added that the
government would need to amend the constitution to make these fundamental rights, so the state can guarantee these five important things to
