KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation (MoCTCA) has formed a task force to study the present status of Nepal
Airlines Corporation (NAC), determine problems affecting it, and introduce suggestions to find a way forward
MoCTCA made the decision public through a press release today.
According to the statement, the task force has been established to study
various aspects of NAC in order to determine problems plaguing the company and to figure out ways of improvement in its functioning
It is expected to present a proposal with tangible solutions within a period of one month along with a work-plan to implement the suggested
solutions.

The five-member task force will be coordinated by former secretary of
Nepal government, Sushil Ghimire
Other members of the task force are accounting expert Pramod Karna, management expert Dim Prakash Poudel, Captain Sudhir Shamsher Rai, and
Joint Secretary at the Ministry Buddhi Sagar Lamichhane.
