Two arrested for robbing cooperatives

KATHMANDU: Police have arrested two persons involved in robbing Harshit Savings and Credit Cooperative Pvt Ltd located at Pepsicola town
planning, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-32, on Monday. According to Teku-based Metropolitan Crime Division, Sunil Thapa Magar (18) and Daan
Bahadur Thapa Magar (21) of Dorambaa Rural Municipality, Ramechhap broke into the office of the cooperative and stole the metal safe
containing Rs 789,992 cash and important documents, on September 11, 2019, at 2:00 am. The police have recovered the stolen safe which has
been broken into, the iron rod used to break the safe, a set of Samsung mobile phone, some clothes, and Rs 73,000 cash, from the possession
of Thapa Magar duo. The accused have been sent to Metropolitan Police Range for further action. The post Two arrested for robbing
