company Chairman Nissanka Senadhipathi, who is first accused in the Avant Garde case
Senadhipathi is reportedly abroad taking medical treatment and has failed to appear before court.The Co-ordinating Officer to the Attorney

Nishara Jayaratne told news media that the Attorney General yesterday sent this request to the PSC seeking an Inquirer to be appointed to
conduct a preliminary investigation into the incident of the phone call.
