NEW DELHI: Realty shares were trading with losses in Friday's morning session.
Shares of Phoenix Mills (down 3.36 per cent) , Indiabulls
Real Estate (down 2.75 per cent) , Godrej Properties (down 1.97 per cent) and Oberoi Realty (down 1.33 per cent) were trading
lower.
Prestige Estates Projects (down 1.19 per cent) , DLF (down 1.17 per cent) , Sunteck Realty (down 0.99 per cent) and Mahindra
Lifespace Developers (down 0.15 per cent) too were trading with losses.
The Nifty Realty index was trading 1.46 per cent down at 263.90
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 22.85 points at 11,548.35 while the BSE Sensex was down 21.31 points at 38,968.43
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 13 were trading in the green, while 37 were in the red
