Apply for the perk via the provided link in the email
Within 48 hours, the Zendesk team will send an email to you with the promo code.
Start a Zendesk Trial, and from inside your Zendesk trial,

Select your chosen plan and number of product licenses
Don&t forget to use monthly billing.
Enter the promo code that Zendesk provides you, and complete the checkout process.
Zendesk offers a
free 15-day trial, and if you are interested in purchasing a plan after the trial you can enter the code to get six months free.
