Around 1,058 stocks fell to touch their 52-week lows on NSE in Friday's session
Among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows were RIL, TCS, HDFC twins, Infosys, SBI, ITC and Bajaj Finserv.
Axis Bank, IndiGo,
Hindalco, GSK Pharma, Bajaj Auto, CEAT and BEML also featured among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows on NSE
On resuming trade, domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty was trading 489.25 points down at 9,100.9, while the BSE Sensex was trading 1,633.81
In the Nifty 50 index, Britannia, Sun Pharma, YES Bank, Bharti Infratel and UltraTech Cement were among the top gainers on the NSE
However, IndusInd Bank, Adani Ports SEZ, Zee Entertainment, UPL and Hindalco were among the top losers.
