Share market update: These stocks cracked over 6% on NSE on Tuesday

NEW DELHI: Shares of Matrimony.com (down 8.15 per cent), IDBI Bank (down 6.34 per cent) and KRBL (down 6.34 per cent) cracked over 6 per
cent on NSE on Tuesday, while equity benchmarks settled in the green. Stocks such as Avanti Feeds (down 5.59 per cent), Lumax Auto
Technologies (down 5.04 per cent), Vakrangee (down 4.96 per cent), Ankit Metal Power (down 4.76 per cent), Jindal Stainles (down 4.41 per
cent) and Dollar Industries (down 4.17 per cent) declined up to 5 per cent. Equity market benchmarks Nifty and Sensex finished Tuesday's
session in the positive territory, backed by gains in pharma, IT, auto and oil gas stocks even as global cues remained mixed. The BSE
Sensex closed the day at 35,379, up by 114 points, or 0.32 per cent, with 18 stocks advancing and 13 declining in trade. The Nifty50 clocked
a gain of 43 point, or 0.40 per cent, settling at 10,700, with 32 stocks in the green, 17 in the red and one stock unchanged
Barring Nifty Bank, financial services, metal, PSU bank and private bank indices, all sectoral indices closed the day with gains on
NSE. Nifty PSU Bank, falling 0.78 per cent, emerged as the top loser among the sectoral indices
All components in the PSU bank index closed the day in the red, with IDBI Bank cracking 6.34 per cent. Vedanta, Bharti Infratel, ICICI Bank
and HDFC stood as the top losers in the Nifty index.
