L-T Construction secured an order from Delhi Metro Rail CorporationInfrastructure conglomerate Larsen - Toubro (L-T) announced that its
construction business secured a significant order from metro operator Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) for the design and construction of
the underground metro project Phase-1 of the Patna Mass Rapid Transit System.The order has been awarded to heavy civil infrastructure
business of L-T Construction, according to a regulatory filing by L-T to the stock exchanges
L-T classifies a contract worth Rs 1,000-Rs 2,500 crore as a significant order.The project is being funded by the Patna Metro Rail
Corporation (PMRC) and, upon completion, will be operated by the Patna Mass Rapid Transit System."The major scope of work for the project
