Ward Chair Dharma Raj Padhya said that hats and jackets were distributed to 165 children of

could not attend school on a regular basis as they suffered from seasonal diseases during the cold season
He added that daily activities were carried after lighting a fire.The very poor students are compelled to reach school barefoot as they have
no money to buy slippers.According to the school administration, students neither have hats nor warm clothes to beat the cold.School

take the classes in the open even during snowfall
