BIRGUNJ, MARCH 21At a time when most coalition partners are claiming that the existing alliance will continue until
the local elections, a leader of one of the coalition partners has hinted that contesting election by forming alliance everywhere will be
difficult."Contesting election by forming alliance everywhere is not possible
We will form alliance wherever possible and fight separately at other places," he said, speaking at a party programme in Birgunj today.
"In fact, we are capable of fighting election all by ourselves," he went on to add.On a different note, the JSP-N leader accused
the prime minister of delaying implementation of past agreements."Congress is a party ready to make any deal or agreement before acceding to
the government
Once it's in power, it, however, forgets all of its past agreements," he said, alleging that PM Sher Bahadur Deuba delayed implementing the
agreements on citizenship act amendment, constitution amendment, and proportional representation based on population in the state
mechanism.The JSP-N leader also criticised communist parties in Nepal for lacking communist character
"They are communist only in name, their character is different.As for UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli, he is a follower of former king
Mahendra," he said.Yadav also stressed the need to change the existing election system for fully proportional system, saying the present
system was too expensive
"If the election system is fully proportional, we won't need money to contest and win," said Yadav.Lokatantrik Samajbadi Party's Rajeshman

Besides Yadav, other major leaders of the party including JSP-N Federal Council Chairperson Baburam Bhattarai and Chief Minister Lalbabu
Raut welcomed Singh to the party
