The provincial Youth and Sports Ministry of Bagmati, in line with the Cabinet's decision, had sacked Chaulagain of his post
Following his sacking, Chaulagain had knocked the door of the high court accusing the government of relieving him of his post with malicious
intention.
Hearing the writ filed by Chaulagain, judges Chandiraj Dhakal and Merina Shrestha of Hetauda bench of the high
