decision on electoral alliance for the upcoming local level election had not been taken yet.

here today, he said no formal talks had been held with other political parties in relation to forging an alliance.
"No
decision has been made in connection to contesting the elections with seat adjustment with other parties
Talks on this topic have not been initiated with any party," he said, adding that the Rastriya Prajatantra Party would contest this election
across the country on its own.The Rastriya Prajatantra Party chair, however, said that it was another matter if electoral alliance is forged
at some local levels and the party will leave that to the party's local units themselves.Stating that other development would not be
complete without reforms and development of the education sector, he said RPP would implement the policy of free education in the local
levels where the party won."We have plan of providing free education up to Grade XII," he stressed.On a different note, he said those, who
joined politics for money making, had abandoned the party."Those people, who are in the politics for amassing wealth, have left the party
