Shafaq News agency that ISIS terrorists tend nowadays to kidnap civilians and ask for a ransom from the victims' families, to buy weapons
and equipment in the areas between Tuz Khurmatu, east of Saladin to the outskirts of Kifri and the Kurdistan Region.He added that the
Peshmerga forces' military operations are ongoing to clear those areas and prevent the terrorists from smuggling rockets and weapons, or
carrying out terrorist attacks.For his part, a source in al-Hashd al-Shaabi (PMF) who works on the outskirts Hamrin, Diyala, told Shafaq
News agency that undercover smugglers are providing rockets and weapons for the terrorists hiding in caves and tunnels located between
