SC admits plea against Deuba as opposition leader

the NC voted in favour of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal during the vote of confidence in the HoR, Deuba as the parliamentary party
leader of the NC cannot claim the status of the leader of opposition.Earlier, the SC had refused to register the case.A single bench of
Justice Sapana Pradhan that heard the petitioner's argument against the SC administration's decision to refuse the case, allowed the
petitioner to register the case
According to SC Spokesperson Bimal Paudel, the petitioner has demanded that the letter issued by the Parliament Secretariat recognising
