The Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) has urged all persons to be alert of the security of the details of their bank cards, owing to the
current increase in monetary scams.Accordingly, CBSL cautioned all persons to avoid sharing their usernames, passwords, PIN numbers, One
Time Passwords (OTP), Card Verification Values (CVV) and other information associated with their bank accounts, with any other 3rd parties.
