In the video, when he is asked by an unidentified
person whether he consumed alcohol, he responds, "I haven't consumed alcohol, please untie my hands
If it is proven that I consumed alcohol, I will resign."Inspector Rai, who is seen in the video conversation, can also be heard saying that
he will take action after investigating whether Anu Ray consumed alcohol

force.Deputy Superintendent of Police Rabindra Raj Pandey, however, denied that constable Ray was tortured at the DPO."The incident happened
