The NSE Nifty index was
trading 115 points up at 11,672, while the BSE Sensex was up 400 points at 38,652 around 12 pm.
Barring Nifty Pharma and media, all sectoral
indices were in the green on NSE
Nifty PSU Bank index climbed over 2 per cent, leading among the sectoral indices on NSE
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 45 were trading with gains and five were incurring losses.
