Market Now: IB Real Estate, Godrej Properties, DLF keep Nifty Realty index up

The Nifty Realty index was trading 0.63 per cent up at 312 around 11:10 am (IST). However, realty stocks Brigade Enterprises (down 0.91 per
cent), Oberoi Realty (down 0.72 per cent), Sobha (down 0.72 per cent) and Prestige Estates Projects (down 0.59 per cent) were in the red
around the same time
Key equity indices Sensex and Nifty50 were trading in the negative territory tracking weak global cues as investors eyed the outcome of
US-China trade talks, ahead of the US jobs report. The NSE Nifty50 index was down 36 points at 10,644, while the BSE Sensex was 120 points
down at 34,984. Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 21 were trading in the green, while 29 were in the red
Adani Ports SEZ, HCL Technologies, ONGC, Tech Mahindra and IndusInd Bank were among the top gainers in the Nifty index. On the other hand,
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Bajaj Auto, Infosys, Asian Paints and ITC were among the top losers in the Nifty pack of stocks.
