JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was questioned by Israeli police on Tuesday for the first time in an investigation into a $2 billion deal over the sale of German Thyssenkrupp submarines to Israel, but is not a suspect, police said.
