U.N. says won't oversee French aid distribution to Syria's Ghouta

The United Nations will not be involved in a Franco-Russian initiative to deliver medical aid to government-controlled eastern Ghouta, which will be left to the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC), a U.N.
