A survivor of the plane crash in Kazakhstan has told Sky News of how brave passengers pulled victims from the wreckage, despite fearing the aircraft could set alight.

A Thai navy SEAL who took part in the rescue of 12 boys and their football coach from a flooded cave has died from a blood infection he contracted during the operation, the Royal Thai Navy has said.

The bodies of six people have been found after a helicopter crashed at the top of a mountain on Hawaii, authorities have said.
