In a programme, music composer Shakti Ballav, archaeologist Basant Bidari, littérateur Sitaram Adhikari, playwright Ujjawal Sharma Bhandari, rights activist Saraswoti Bartaula, and child artiste Jenish Uperti were felicitated.
Ballav and Bidari were felicitated with Nityagovind Memorial Music Award and Kshetra Bahadur Memorial Award.
