The Parliament Secretariat responded to the letter specifying what facilities the Leader of Opposition is entitled to.

The letter provided us the impression that the NC was only enquiring about centers the primary opposition was entitled to.

We reacted accordingly.It doesnt suggest that the NC is the principal opposition celebration.
