The legislation pertaining to Port City shall be presented to the Cabinet within the next few weeks, State Minister of Economic Affairs Dr.

Harsha de Silva said.The State Minister also said that the said legislation will expedite the process of promoting the Port City as an ocean-metropolis of finance, technology, tourism and real state.
