The hunger strike led by the incumbent priest of Kalmunai Sri Subadrarama Viharaya, Ven.

Ranmuthugala Sangharathana, demanding the upgrade of Kalmunai North Sub-Divisional Secretariat (SDS) to the level of a Divisional Secretariat was called off yesterday.
