The Civil Aviation industry suffered a direct loss of Rs.12 million daily due to the drop of foreign tourists' arrival in Sri Lanka following the Easter Sunday terrorist attacks, Transport and Civil Aviation State Minister Ashok Abeysinghe said.He said that it suffered an indirect loss of Rs.51 million monthly due to the same cause.
He added that the situation would come back to normal soon since the travel advisories imposed by many countries on Sri Lanka are being lifted.
