Catalyst Trusteeship sold 74 lakh shares of Zee Enterprises on the NSE on Friday. The sale was done at Rs 361.42 per share.

On Sunday, Zee promoters and lenders, including mutual funds and NBFCs, had entered into an agreement that lenders would give a three-month breather till the company finds a buyer to ease the cash crunch. The understanding was on the heels of a slump in shares of Zee Enterprises and Dish TV. ECL Finance, the lending arm of Edelweiss Group, and IIFL Wealth Finance sold approximately 24.3 million shares of Dish TV, equivalent to 1.3% of the company’s equity last week.
