The shares were sold at Rs 83.55 per share, a 4.95 per cent discount to the floor price of Rs 87.90 set by the bank. The bank’s shares ended at Rs 76.55 per share, up 4.01 per cent from their previous close, on the BSE on Wednesday. Last week ET had reported that HDFC Mutual Fund and Aditya Birla Mutual Fund and foreign funds including UK’s Ashmore Investment Management, Tosca Asset Management and Marshall Wace LLP and Hong Kong based Segantii Capital Management had subscribed to the issue.
