However, Housing Development Infrastructure (down 0.22 per cent), DLF (down 0.32 per cent), Godrej Properties (down 0.53 per cent), Brigade Enterprises (down 0.59 per cent), Oberoi Realty (down 0.72 per cent) and Phoenix Mills (down 0.75 per cent) were trading in the red.
Unitech was down by over 1 per cent.
The Nifty Realty was trading 0.60 per cent up at 289.65 around 12.15 pm.
The benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 11.30 points at 10,819.35.
Among the 50 stocks in Nifty index, 19 were trading in the green, while 31 were in the red.
