NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 137.70 points up at 35,337.50 on Thursday on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Shares of AGC Networks (down 8.97 per cent), Arnold Holdings (down 8.21 per cent), Aayush Food Herbs (down 8.12 per cent), ABC India Ltd (down 7.28 per cent), APM Industries (down 7.11 per cent), Magellanic Cloud (down 7.10 per cent), were among the worst performers.
MROTEK Realty (down 6.92 per cent), Tinna Rubber (down 6.57 per cent), Williamson Magor (down 6.43 per cent) and SAL Steel Ltd (down 6.24 per cent) too declined around 6 per cent at around the same time.
In the Nifty pack, 27 stocks was trading in the green, while 23 were in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 39.90 points up at 10,639.95.
On the NSE, SV Global Mill, Ashapura Intimates, Vivanta Industries, Greycells Edu, Majestic Research Services Solutions, Ashish Poly, KG Petrochem, Kabra Drugs, ABG Shipyard and Anjani Foods hit their fresh 52 week low.
While Adani Gas, Cybele Industries, Chemcrux Enterprises, Devhari Exports (India), Capri Global, Mishtann Foods, Coastal Corp, Pushpanjali Floriculture and United Van Der touched their fresh 52 week high.
